They saw strange rock formations called The Pinnacles and Nature's Window, stromatolites which created the oxygen we breathe a gazillion years ago and a beach made entirely of shells...
They also went snorkeling and saw rays, sharks, bright fish and a turtle... did some sand boarding... and cuddled with local wildlife!!

Emus walked around the streets of Exmouth like they owned the place - our tour guide called them big chickens!
Yurtle joined the adventure on the way back in Coral Bay.
After the long trip back from Exmouth, Yurtle treated herself to a night at the Ocean Beach Hotel in Cottesloe and watched the sunset.
The next day, she went to the Little Creatures Brewery in Fremantle. She also bumped into one of the tour mates, Ann, at a cafe!
She went back into Perth for Australia Day fun and met up with more tour mates! Here she is in front of the Swans' Bells.
The fireworks were pretty amazing!
On the last day in Perth, she took the ferry over to Rottnest Island for a day of cycling and more snorkeling. She met up with one the friendly island residents, a quokka (looks like a big rat that hops around - related to the kangaroo).
